Cherif Championship Show

2012 Rules

This qualifying competition is open to registered Anglo & part-bred Arab stallions, mares and geldings, four years old and over, any height and to be judged as ridden horses/ponies. All part-breds must contain the minimum 12½% Arab blood. Novice classes and those mixed with pure breds are not eligible. The judge must be on the ridden panel of the Arab Horse Society. The only exception being any show that is not affiliated to the AHS, that is having difficulty obtaining a judge, may, with permission of the Cherif Championship committee, choose a judge from an alternative ridden panel.

The final will be held on Wednesday 12th September 2012, at

The Cherif Championship Show,
Addington Manor Equestrian Centre,
Addington,
Bucks.

At the final, there will be five Championship classes, including two classes for 148cm & under. Rosettes and prize money awarded to 10th place. All entries are likely to be measured at the final, and if found to be over height for the class entered, cannot transfer, and will therefore be disqualified.
